Studio does the office work that wins and delivers a BMS project. BMS Augmented Reality keeps it running once it's handed over. Both share the same datasheet library and the same look, so they feel like one system.

Point a phone at a QR asset tag and see that plant's live values, alarms, trends and datasheets on top of the camera view. In the office, a web console brings every site, controller and point into one tree – with incident handling, automatic fault resets and remote planned maintenance that tests the plant for you and writes the report.

Drop a project's files into Studio and it does the reading, matching and assembling: points lists priced into the quoting workbook, proposal letters, Descriptions of Operations, controller software, O&M manuals and service handover packs – each checked with you before it's built.

Our software comes out of real projects and real service contracts. Every feature starts as a job somebody was doing by hand.

Works with what's installed

We connect to the controllers and supervisors already on site – BACnet, enteliWEB, Trend and more – rather than asking anyone to rip and replace.

Engineering knowledge, written down

Your strategy library, panel standards, naming and document templates become the rules the software follows – so every job comes out the way your best engineer would do it.

You stay in charge

Nothing goes out unchecked. Studio shows what it found before it builds; BMS AR never writes to live plant without your rules, safe states and a full audit trail.

Your server, your data

The platform runs on a server you control, with encrypted connections for phones and the web. Building data stays yours.

Costs you can see

Where AI helps – reading drawings, drafting text – every request is logged with what it cost. Everything else is plain code, which keeps a job to pence.

Released continuously

Improvements are tested on our own systems first, then released as small, frequent updates – with release notes written for the people who use them.
